China Mobile brings forward schedule for developing 5G

China Mobile has unvailed their 5G rollout planning which seems challenging (tight) schedule.

Not only China Mobile, But also many advanced operator like American and South Korean operators try to roll out by 2020.

What is their purpose (motivation) for the 5G? If their purpose is only to roll out 5G, their service may not be good for the customer.
